Vibrant Disaster Behavioral Health Symposium

The Power of Community and Connection in Disaster Behavioral Health Response

Vibrant Emotional Health’s Disaster Behavioral Health Symposium is back for a third time. Taking place in-person in May 2023, this year’s theme is focused on the collaboration, teamwork, and connection between and within agencies, sectors, communities, and individuals in the face of disaster. While there is much that is working to pull us apart in moments of crisis, we can be more effective, innovative and productive in our work if we choose intentional partnership along the way.

This symposium will highlight the myriad of ways people engage in collective work to navigate disaster or crisis, coming together across political, religious, class, and other social lines to help each other in times of need.
